A few words about myself: I studied naturopathy in an extended multi-disciplinary track with a focus on alternative medicine and gaining know-how in clinical medicine. I specialized in clinical nutrition that combines Chinese medicine hand in hand with studies in anatomy, physiology and laboratory testing. As a great believer in the holistic concept, I learned how to implement the integration between body and mind using Bach flowers, healing, reflexology and massage. I used to work as a therapist in "Maccabi Natural" and in homes for the elderly, and for the past seven years I have been treating patients at home in my private clinic in Kiryat Haroshet, a pastoral neighborhood in Kiryat Tivon. In the clinic, I combine the knowledge I acquired during my years of studies and create a personally tailored blend of therapies for each and every individual.
Food, our way of life and the Western lifestyle, with its industrial and technological advances, have caused us to forget the healthful qualities inherent in nutrition.
High-quality natural food provides human beings with power that comes directly from the soil and connects us all to the earth on which we live. Nowadays, food grows in industrial greenhouses full of pesticides, which keep it beautiful and aesthetic but lacking the power of the sun and its essential energy. We find ourselves occupied with deciphering pyramids and tables containing carbohydrates, proteins and fats which give us totally inadequate information about the food we consume. We are unaware of the notion of spiritual food that supplies us with power and helps us find our own healing powers – the inner life force.
The path to change: the need for change arises in most cases when we experience a crisis or an illness. I recommend taking preventative measures and starting the change before the wave hits the shore, before we run into difficulty or illness. Most diseases cannot be completely cured by conventional drugs, but they do give us a reasonable quality of living with the disease. This causes us to forget the inner need to ask "why?” and prevents us from utilizing the healing power that comes from within – the force that passes to us through the food we eat. My goal is to provide a pipeline that streams information and lifestyle change that empower my patients' lives and leads them on to a new and balanced path.
